Myers who was previously in charge of the furniture departments and factory of S. Jacobs Ltd. For some years. Mr Myers was trained in S. Africa in the furniture trade. He began it as an apprentice, and has spent all his career in it, so that his knowledge and experience of it are very exhaustive.
Mr Myers has been appointed by the Aeronautical Club of Nairobi as mechanical repairer of aeroplanes. The wood he uses for that purpose is mona, which is exceedingly light, pliable, will not splinter, and is infinitely better than the ash similarly employed in Great Britain.
