Moyse - 1900 - 3rd expedition against the Nandi - wounded in the abdomen by a spear and died.
Hobley - at time of expedition against Nandi - Sherlock was with Col. Evatt and his Indian troops and was killed by the Nandi attacking the camp at night.
North - From Cambridge; formerly Medical Officer on BISN Co. Steamers; appt. Medical Officer UP 15/12/1899; dep. Mombasa for Uganda 20/2/1900; Forced to resign - 'greatly given to over indulgence in alcoholic stimulants' (Sir Harry Johnston, FO 2) 9/9/1900; d. 12-13/10/1900 near Fort Ternan, killed in skirmish when MO of a Nandi punitive expedition. Family not to be told of forced resignation.
