General Information:
Foster - CMS educationalist Nyanza 1930s. In 1951 he was transferred from being the Principal at Maseno CMS School to be the Principal at a Teacher Training College. On 18 December 1951 he was also appointed to be the Secretary to the African Educational Board, In 1953 he was temporarily Principal of CMS Butere School. In 1960 he was the Principal of Ng'iya Training College, near Kisumu.
