General Information:
Foster - Arrived in Kenya in February 1932. His wife arrived a year later to work for CMS at Kahuhia. Ordained by the Bishop of London 3 October 1937. Many of the buildings in Kikuyu country are a testimony to his technical skill. In 1949-51 he was both in charge of the Nzoia Deanery and Chaplain in the Uasin Gishu Chaplaincy, where he pioneered parish work - joining up European Chaplaincies and African Pastorates. On 11 December 1957, due to ill-health, he retired.
