Foster - arrived Mombasa Apr 1937, ordained 1906-7, Consecrated Bishop 1936. Domestic Chaplain to Bp. of Sierra Leone 1911-14, 3rd Bishop of Mombasa, died 1964, retired from Mombasa 1953. His son was John Crabbe, who was at Marlborough College, was on the staff of Makerere College, Uganda in November 1943 and was resident Tutor to the Kabaka of Uganda.
