General Information:

Webster - A pharmacist who joined Eric Webster at Marsabit. Wesley Haylett was joined by his wife - the first white woman to live in Marsabit since Osa Johnson had lived at Lake Paradise. Mrs Haylett gave birth to a baby boy, but then developed pneumonia and died - the first tragedy to strike the new missionaries. Her body was laid to rest at the edge of the forest, her grave surrounded by a thorny kei-apple hedge to keep off wild animals.
