General Information:
Kenya Regiment 4319/5756. He served with the KR during the Mau Mau emergency; he was the patrol commander when four members of the KR were killed on 13th April 1953. An account of this appeared in Sitrep XXX and XXXI, and Buffalo Barua no 11, Nov 2008, with the photo reproduced here. However, there seems to be some confusion because the date of his death in the article is given as 2 June 2004.
