Willie Joubert (son) Dad was an amazing man and a great father and grandfather.  He followed in the tradition of the Jouberts as a storyteller.  Dad was a very capable farmer.  Despite limited schooling, he excelled in life in whatever he did.  Mom was quiet, but worked with him and helped in many endeavours.  Dad had a very deep faith and they were generous in every way. His early life was one of adventure and work.  He was in the internment camp as a little boy with family members during WW1.  Mom and Dad pioneered our farm at Oljoro clearing the land with wild animals abounding, tsetse fly and malaria to add to the challenges.  He later served on the Oljoro Farmers Association and also as representative of Advisory Council in Tanganyika.
