Foster - He succeeded Hon Mr Justice Daly as Registrar of the Diocese of Mombasa in 1938, when Daly left Kenya. Figgis resigned in 1955 and was succeeded by Mr A. Derek (later Sir) Oulton. Figgis was appointed a Trustee of the Anglican Church Council of Kenya in 1952.
