Gazette 1/11/1913 - Obituary - His Excellency deeply regrets to report the death at Mombasa on the 26th July last of Mr R.N. Evans, Assistant in the Customs Department. The deceased Officer joined the Protectorate Service in March 1911, and had thus just completed his first tour of Service. He had already proved himself a most valuable Officer and his death is deeply mourned by a wide circle of friends.
