Mary Hoey - Erna and her businessman husband had lived in Budapest. They were from Czechoslovakia but had been forced to flee. Mr Tutsch was a good deal older than Erna who was his second wife, and he had 2 grown up daughters. Mrs Tutsch and a German woman ran their large arable farm. They left Kenya about 1962 and went to Switzerland to live near their daughter. Mr Tutsch died and then later Erna who had a bad heart and had been ill for some time.
