Advertiser - mentioned in case of Crown v Stocker September 1909 - Constable Finch gave evidence to being called at 3 am. And going to the Institute and finding Corp. Hillyer and taking him to Hospital. He met a man whom he took to be the accused going to the Hill at 6 am. Under cross examination he stated that he had heard several people say that Corp. Hillyer would get into trouble, that he was too officious.
