General Information:

White Fathers - Uganda Mission - originally with Emin Pasha expedition to Equatoria in 1890/1. Was in charge of the Uganda missions in absence of Bishop Streicher 1898-99. Founded Bukumi Mission, April 1893. First RC missionary to Toro, Nov 1895, founded mission at Fort Portal and remained there until he left to become Superior of Rubaga Mission, Aug 1897. In Algeria 1900-01. Appt. Superior of Toro Mission Nov 1902.
