EAS 18 Mar 1954 Mr and Mrs WG Bruxner-Randall, both aged 68, who had lived in Kenya for about 15 years, were killed by terrorists on their coffee estate near Thika on Monday night. While they were dining a houseboy admitted the gang, who having killed them with bush knives, attacked the neighbouring house of their manager Mr GP Lusso. His wife and he drove them off by rifle fire and summoned assistance by firing rockets.
