Michael Sayer (grandson): He was a captain in the Norfolk Yeomanry with Sir John Ramsden and Major Ivor (Toby) Buxton and they shared a tent in the Gallipoli campaign. That is how his son Douglas James came to go to Kenya, working for Sir John Ramsden.
