East Africa & Rhodesia - 21/11/57 - Mr David Laurie Anderson, who has died suddenly in Kenya, arrived in the Colony in 1923 after having served through the 1914-18 war as a Regular officer in the Black Watch. He began farming on his own account near Timau, and in the last war served with the Uganda Battalion of the KAR in Ethiopia and Somaliland. Latterly he had lived in Nairobi.
