Jambo - Spring 2008 - Betty O'Donoghue, née Morison, who was born in Nakuru in 1914 where her father was Manager of the NBI, died in September 2007 in Cape Town. At the age of 7 years she went to England to school after which she returned to work in Dalgety's in Eldoret. She married Don O'Donoghue in Nakuru in 1936 and moved to Nairobi where Eithne, Tony and David were born. After working for Unga Ltd for 20 years and then for Shell Company, Don and Betty, David, Granny Louise and one dachshund emigrated to Cape Town
