North - Eurasian - Convicted of receiving promissory note for 8,000 rupees from Railway contractor T.W. Dallas, payable if he succeeded in getting both the original & revised invoice for the same work paid. Fraud came to light after Dallas' death & a similar fraud involving another contractor, S.N.D. Anzoulatos was discovered later.
