Also, his wife, Phyllis Dorothy Barker (B 258) who was a Public Relations Officer (Gazette, 11th March 1960, p. 327).
1960 (8th July)  Richard Frank barker of P.O. Box 96, Nairobi is added to the list of Jurors for Nairobi Extra-Provincial District (Gazette, 8th July 1960).
