Miller - As our train pulled into Athi River Station some 200 miles inland Mr Guilding was awaiting me. Soon his little box-body car was loaded up and we were on our way through the fertile Akamba Reserve to the Machakos mission station. ……… Mrs Guilding …. was busy on the revision of the Akamba New Testament, with plans to complete in the near future the translation of the whole of the Old Testament.
