Gazette - 15/3/16 - Obituary - Thomas Edwin Jones, Preventive Officer, Customs - killed in action at Mwandemu 5/1/16. Joined the Protectorate service 10/10/12 and on outbreak of war performed excellent service in searching of dhows. Seconded to Military Forces as Intelligence Agent where the manner in which he carried out his duties was the subject of high praise.
