John Jones (grandson): My maternal grandfather, Joseph Aloysius Moxham, was an engine driver in Preston and in the 1930's was selected to go to Kenya as a driver/trainer. My grandmother, Rebecca, along with my mother, Mary, went with him. He also worked in Uganda and Tanganyika.
