Peter Prangley (grandson): In 1944 Constance was made a SSStJ (now MStJ) and at the end of WW2 she received a commendation certificate from the British Red Cross and St John's Joint Committee in gratitude for 'services rendered to humanity'. At some time she became a farmer at Pabaraka, North Kinankop (where she grew pyrethrum and possibly raised beef cattle).

Tom Lawrence: Flight Lieut. Peter John Matcham Prangley (111779) was with 550 Squadron (formerly 100 Squadron), and is buried in Collective Grave No. 4.J. 8-10 in Berlin 1939-45 War Cemetery. He is recorded as being Sthe son of Owen Frank & Constance Mable Prangley; husband of Kathleen Scott Prangley, of Cheltenham, Gloucs. (CWGC Website). They are also on the International Bomber Command Centre memorial (Phase I, Panel 86) (RAF Commands website). He was the pilot of an Avro Lancaster III (Serial No. LM379) with markings BQ-S. The rest of the crew were Sergt. F.C. Diggle, Flying Officer G.H.R.F. Harris, . Sergt. R. Redfern and Sergt. A. Ward. They took off from Grimsby on the night 26th Nov 1943 (with1% moon) on a mission to bomb Berlin. Their plane was set on fire by flak and abandoned in the vicinity of Potsdam. Crashed nr. Oranienberg (RAF Commands website).
