Web - Yearbook Royal Military College of Canada. Major Weatherbe was born in 1880 and received his early education at Devenport School, St. John, N.B. He entered R.M.C. in 1898 and graduated as C.S.M. in 1902. He won Crossed Rifles and was a member of the Sandhurst Rifle and Revolver Team. He at once obtained a Commission in the R.A. and served in West Africa 1914-1915, and in France 1915-1918, during the First World War, also with an R.F.A. Brigade in India. He later took up residence in Kenya, and died at Nanyuki on 29th November, 1952.
