Tom Lawrence: Joined 2^nd June 1937 and posted to 1 Coy. KR. Becomes A/Sergt. on 4^th Oct 1939. Seconded to RAF on 6^th Oct 1939. Killed 11 days after leaving Kenya Regt. –so presumably as a trainee pilot?
