General Information:

Men's Champion, Muthaiga GC 1930, 1932, 1934/35. Captain of Karen CC (Golf) 1938. Karen Men's Champion in 1938. Winner of Amateur Golf Championship of EA in 1933 and two weeks earlier also won the Kenya Lawn Tennis Championship.
Mr England had come to Kenya in 1928 from India, where he had a very fine record, particularly in the West of India Championships. Runner-up in Amateur Golf Championship of EA in 1936. Runner-up in the Rift Valley Championship in 1936. Winner of the Railway Open Mixed Foursomes in 1934 with Mrs Gibbs.
