W.A. Kempe diary 26 Jan -11 Feb 1917 Left on Monday morning for Muhoroni where we waited till afternoon for cool weather at the dak bungalow & rode on ponies 12 miles up to the Herveys at Kamolet in the Tinderet hills, where we stayed in their pretty wooden bungalow for 6 days. They grow coffee & keep some cattle & are the most unpunctual people I ever struck.
